RAPP Australia Pty Ltd warrants to the purchaser that the VacMat is free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product, less fair wear and tear.  During this period, RAPP Australia Pty Ltd will upon receipt of the product found to be defective due to materials or workmanship from the purchaser and notification in writing of the defect at its option repair or replace any parts found to be defective or the entire product. All postage, shipping and handling charges shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
